Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will feature dual 12MP rear cameras and will be announced in New York this month

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will be announced on Aug. 23 through a launch event in New York. Evan Blass has revealed the detailed specifications of Samsung Galaxy Note 8 flagship.
Specifications of Samsung Galaxy Note 8
The Galaxy Note 8 will have a 6.3-inch Super AMOLED display, which is slightly bigger than the display on the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus that features a 6.2-inch display. The resolution and ratio of the Galaxy Note 8 screen will be the same as the S8 Plus, at 2960 x 1440 in a 18.5:9 ratio.
The Galaxy Note 8 will be sporting a IP68 body and it will be measuring 162.5 x 7.46mm. It will have more squared off corners compared to the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus, and of course it will include the S Pen stylus.
In the U.S. and China, Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will be powered by the Snapdragon 835 and rest of the countries will be powered by Exynos 8895. Both will be coming with 6 GB of RAM and an internal storage of 64 GB.
Camera and photography
The Galaxy Note 8 will be first Samsung’s dual camera phone with a pair of 12-megapixel sensors. One of them will be a f/1.7 aperture wide-angle lens with dual autofocus and the other one will f/2.4 aperture telephoto lens enabled with 2x optical zoom. Both the camera sensors will be supporting optical image stabilization. The frontside of the phablet will feature an 8-megapixel f/1.7 aperture lens with autofocus.
Lastly, the battery in the Galaxy Note 8 will be 3300 mAh. It will also carry support for wireless charging. It will be coming in color choices such as Midnight Black, Maple Gold, Orchid Grey and Deep Sea Blue.
